We are members forumotion in the Arabic version service, We demand the parent company Activate one of the characteristics of the company on c panel which is :
topic title in the topic lien, Example :

This feature is enabled in the English version but in the Arabic version is not

Help us please, I am an expert in Google and I know a lot about the Google seo

I don't think it is possible to have arabic alphabets in your link, a forumotion forum link that is.

There are Arabic characters in other sites as locations WordPress
Example :

When a search engine bot indexes your forum, the topic title will appear in searches with the link under the topic title.  I still do not understand the issue.  Bots exactly index forums by visiting them.

Well yeah you can't add arabic or any other alphabets to the link of your forumotion forum other than english alphabets

I believe the issue is with alphabets that do not use letters like ABC.  Alphabets like Hebrew, Arabic, and Chinese which use characters is too much for the servers to handle.  Forumotion has been trying to figure out a way to include the alphabets with characters, but they have not found a solution yet.

There is no solution for this, you cannot use the arabic alphabets in a link as you want them to appear.

If I may intervene, it is possible to re-write the URL by using the history API. Note however, that this is not perfect and only affects the client side. This is a prototype for phpbb3 :
