Description of problem

I would like to change this text in log in page. In my language it has some little mistakes, so it looks funny. Can I somehow edit it? With templates maybe?

@Ams the text is changed by the responsible person who has something to do with an official Support Forum. Does your language have a support forum?

I hope i didn't miss a thing but there's no template for log in page in the admin panel so it is not possible to modify the specific page.
