Credits management cannot buy credits

Are you reffering to your forum or the support forum? What is the url to your forum?

You need an account to view anything on it, and you need to be approved by an admin first
I am honestly not sure who to direct this question to though, or how to go about resolving it. My superior wanted a website created for this company to use as a chat hub but I need to take out the ads.

You are the Founder of the forum correct? You are trying to use paypal? What happens when you try to use it? Do you get an error?



Edit: I see the error message you put in now. Are you using a credit card? If so, have you tried another one? Maybe the card is bad or not accepted.

Yes I am the founder and admin, I have tried paypal and card, neither work they say the merchant isn't accepting the funds

Hmm.... May not be much we can do then for now, we may need the assistance of @Buttercup . Be advised, however, that because its Friday and she doesn't work weekends, you might not get an answer until Monday.

could you provide me the country where you are trying to buy credits from? (America, France, India, etc..)
because PayPal imposed some limitations for some forums and this can be the reason. I am not sure, as brandon_g said you should wait for Buttercup, otherwise you may need to try with another paying solution

I hope this Paypal issue will get sorted out soon... i have 2 forums up for url renewal and add removal within a month. It seems i have bad luck, every time i need to buy credits, there's a problem with Paypal

Paypal is still not available for the moment but you can use Skrill.
Could you please give me the forum url for which the domain name is about expiring? Thanks

Sorry, but Skrill is not another option for me, Paypal is the only way i can buy credits. 

My forum still has 40 days before i need to renew the url and add removal. I have been with Forumotion since 2007 and have had great service over that time. If the Paypal option is not back soon, then i think it will be time to move on.

Did you try to buy credit using Skrill service? Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message and the email address you were using to buy credit?
