New member notification.
On my site there is myself as owner and one admin.
My admin gets email notifications of new member applications but I do not.
Is there a way we can both get them please?
Cheers,
Al.

Re: New member notification.
Hello @skidsolo,
I think you should change your foundation email. All notifications of new members will be sent to that email.
Enter to the founder tools: https://www.forumotion.com/utils
login with your email and password.
Next check if the email is correct

Re: New member notification.
Have you checked in your profile under 'notifications' to see if all the things there are ticked?

Hi Brandon and thanks for the reply.
Yes, as far as I can tell, everything is OK.
However, under 'information' I notice my email address is given as Email Removed but with no obvious way to change it.

Re: New member notification.
You can change it via the acp by going to your profile (I.e 'Admistrate profile') go to where your email address field (its at the top) and you can change it to the proper email address.
Note: You must be logged in to the Founder account since only the Founder can modify the Founder account .

No, I mean in the Founder profile. Go to u1 profile, hit admistrate this profile. At the top where it says email address, change it to the correct one.

Re: New member notification.
u1 profile is your founder account.
You can go fast using this link: http://forum.forumotion.com/u1
replace "forum" for your url

Re: New member notification.
Yes, as Yoshi said, u1 is the Founder account, you can get to it by putting /u1 at the end of your forum url.

Re: New member notification.
Hi,
I believe there has been issue with email addresses looking funky in the acp, but that is beside the point here, after you changed the email address, did you begin to recieve the notifications?
