Portal: News Module - Enabled, but not showing. [Solved]

Hello, name's Cataclysmic.
Can call me Cat, Cata, or Leon. Doesn't matter to me.

Anyways, on the board that I am an Admin on, I have enabled the News Module for the portal, assigned a forum to it, and activated the module on the portal page. However, on the portal, the module does not show.

Does anyone know why?

you do not have a news bar in your portal

go to admin panel-> modules ->portal ->portal structure and add a news block in the center column. also define the forum it must read on the general portal menu

I've added the block.
And, the module is told to read from the Announcements and Updates Category (which I referred to in a reply to another thread here).

It's still not showing.

Fixed. Dunno what happened, but it works now.
