Help with GFX image!

Hello, im the Owner of Realm of Zero a medieval Fantasy Roleplaying website.

My thought is to create a new category for Rules to get my website more organized and user friendly. As you can first see on the websites we have several images already designed and set up but we came across an error and our GFX artist had vanished without teaching anyone how to further create work.

Now the PROBLEM we're seeking assistance for is having an image in 340x60 that can accurately represent for our websites Rules to be inside. It must say "Rules" or "Website Rules" on it using either Prince Valiant by Dieter Steffmann
or something similar to the other images on our forum.



In addition we're looking for an Artist to replace our last artist if any are available and willing to finish off his work on creating several of those little images.
Artist may be entitled to small amount of pay if they stay long-term, receiving profits from our upcoming Video Game due to arrive.
