It looks like they get the code for a shoutbox and added it to the forum.

Try asking the admin of that forum. There are many shoutboxes out there, all that can be obtained in different ways. It is almost next to impossible for us to know where they got it from and what the precise code is.

You could do a search for shoutboxes and get the code to add to your forum. I believe that forum added it to a HTML page.

I'm using this and it works great. You can customize it, if you want. But the URL to your chatbox you have to add of course. Smile
