get a weird code on each post

it's on the top left. It's right above windwalker name.

I do not see any weird code. Could you please circle it in your screenshot?

Hope it is ok to interject that I sometimes have a similar issue , one is when this code appears before and after every word and sentence , but no one else sees it .[/ltr]

Exactly what you want to do with those arrows ? To remove them, or place to another place ?

Them Arrows are to move the page top or bottom or to move to the next page we have them as green arrows on the posts here they could have been changed to buttons or icons like this
  

All you had to do is go (Admin Control Panel) > Display > Pictures and Colors > Pics management > Mini-icons
