Guest Not Able to Reply or Vote

I know about setting the Forum Permissions so that Guest can reply and vote in polls. However, my guests can not do so, even though I've changed the permissions in specific forums.

If I remember correctly back in 2008, when we didn't have the Forum Permission options. Someone from the Support Staff made a change to my forum so Guest could not post, reply or vote. Can you take a look at my forum and see if you can reverse what was done in 2008, so can control specific forums to let guests post, reply and vote in polls.

In 2008, there were forum permissions.  What exactly are you referring to?

Ok... So then my problem is that Guests can not vote in the polls and can not reply to topics, even though I have set the permissions to allow Guest to vote and reply to topics.

One last question. Do guests have to put in a User Name to reply to a topic, or is there an option to change that?

They have to add an username.
