Hello everyone!
Im not using the toolbar so my question is if it is possible to add share buttons like those , on the top of every topic .

You can add the codes to a template.

AP > Display > Templates > General > viewtopic_body
Make sure to save the changes and to publish the modified template.

You will need to Google for the codes.  Each button has different codes.
