Hi all, the YouTube connection to our forum says "plug in not supported" so it's no longer possible to upload videos to the forum or view the videos which were already uploaded !
Any ideas please ?

Re: Youtube
Hello,
What precisely do you mean by 'upload' videos to the forum? As far as I know, you can not upload videos to youtube from a forumotion forum, but you can, however, add videos that have already been uploaded to youtube to a post by clicking the youtube icon and then copying and pasting the video link.
I also want to ask, are you viewing the forum from a mobile device when this happens? What browser do you use when it happens? Have you tried from another browser? May post a screenshot of the problem as well as a link to a topic that a guest can see that has this problem? Whag is the url to your forum?

Re: Youtube
Thanks for your help, I'll try an update as on further investigation it does seem to be a problem on mobile devices !

Re: Youtube
Yeah, mobile devices unfornatelly do not come included with a flash player by default. To get around this, try downloading a flash browser from your app store, its a good workaround and if you want to view a page with a problem due to flash, just simply open your flash browser and view it from there. If you need suggestions on a flash browser, try searching Puffin, it is the flash browser I use on my phone and tablet, it works well and gets the job done when flash is needed.
