My forum's Data

Is it possible someone from the staff to give me my forum data?

FM doesn't allow you to have your database. Not even if you pay for it.

I'M sorry but we do not let anyone have rights to our servers.
Not even us staff have that right ( The only ones that have that right is Pro Admin in the head office)

Why we don't give access to our data servers.
This is to help keep hacking down to a minimum and data loss.

Our association's forum admin has quit and locked the forums. She have also said that she delete our association's forum at end of the year. Does she have rights to do this? Our association sees that the forum mcsf.palstani.com is the assocations property and can't be deleted or locked by single personnel? She have said that there can be made forum data dump which we can have and move it to new forum. This has been going many weeks and now she said she cant make the dump? We have asked him to hand over the administrator righst for long as she has said she wont be doing administration anymore. She haven't give them. Can I have the administration righst? Can you prevent her to delete forums? Can the forum dump made or can you copy to forums to a new address/ forum?

As stated above by SLGray and Ace, forumotion NEVER under ANY CERMSTANCES gives anyone access to data from the database.

I also want to remind you that this is a FREE support forum and all support is given voluntarily. Money deals and things of that nature are actually against the rules here on the support forum. Wink
