Issues With The Contact Form...

There seems to be some sort of issue with our contact form as we don't receive the messages people send in our PM's or the administration staff's e-mails. Is this a known issue?

Anyways our forum address is www.WiiWareWave.com just in case you need it to send us a test contact message.

Do you have it activated?  AP > General > Messages & Emails > Email & Contact Form

Yeah, also I got a notification in my toolbar that a guest sent me a PM, but when I checked I didn't receive the contact Private Message or e-mail...

Do you have it set for emails or private messages?  That contact was me testing it.

It looks like it's set to Private Messages, however despite getting the notification I didn't actually receive the contact PM in my inbox...

I know it sounds silly when i say this but sometimes just doing this gives our servers a boot up the Butt and gets things fixed.

Go to your ACP and turn it off and then re-synchronize your forum and give it 2 or 3 mins then go and turn it back on again. re-synchronize your forum and test it again.

EDIT: i have tested this on my 3 sites and they all work fine so it is not a problem for all forums.
