I don't this @Mimóza was necessarily refusing your topic nor can she do that. She was just asking politely that you not copy the exact design. If you ask her in PM for more details I'm sure you can both get what you want.

I agree with @Mimóza . It's good to see that she has great reserve on that point. I hate cheap copycats! I paid big time for my profile design. It's copyrighted by me and I wouldn't let any other to steal it from me.So I do know the feel.
