Solved Arrangement of forums and topics

Hello, for first, my English is not good at all because i am Polish
And here is my problem. How to make an arrangement of my forums and topics? Already my forums are not aesthetic and it looks "ugly".

It looks like this:



For example i want bold line or something to seperate each forum or group of forums. I need a CSS code or something? Please help. Sorry for any misunderstandings. Ask questions, i will try to answer.

@Czarko this can actually be done easily. You do not have to use the Cascading Stylesheet for this.
When you originally went to create your forums you had to do the following.
Admin Panel>General>Forum>Categories and forums>

This time, instead of creating a forum you must click where it says "forum" and it will display a drop down menu. Choose category. Setup your category by going into the forums you want and attached those forums to that category.(Since you already have forums created.)

Then, to get the categories to show up follow these steps.
Admin Panel>Display>Homepage>Structure and hierarchy>Choose "split categories on index" and then select how you want to condense your content. I do suggest Medium though.
