Solved Newsletter Tracking

Hi,

I issued an HTML based newsletter via the admin panel to around 2000 users.
In the TRACKING & ACHIVE section, there's nothing to indicate that a newsletter was sent. Both the DELAY section and SAVEBOX are empty.

When I sent the email, it issued me with a test email (which I received) but I've not had a copy via the mass mail out.

Is there any way of checking if it went out?
Is there a way of tracking how many were received/opened?

Hello,

When exactly did you send the newsletter? Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to deliver your newsletter, especially when your sending it to so many users, our system can only send so many newsletters at a time. It sends them a little at a time until they are all sent out. Sometimes it can also take awhile if alot of people are sending newsletters on our system because our system has to send the newletter of every forum that sends one. There might other forums' who sent a newsletter that our system is still working on sending that is ahead of you in the queve.

If it hasn't been 24 hours since you sent it, please wait atleast the 24 hours, then let us know if it still hasn't been sent.

Yep! It came through eventually.

I take it there's no way of tracking what's been opened and read?
