DNS settings unknown after registrar transfer

Description of problem

I have transferred the domain DomainForum.us from one registrar to another.

Somehow I managed to forget saving the DNS settings before the transfer.
Now I don't know the correct CNAME I have to enter at my new registrar.

The forum isn't available until I enter the CNAME. Since my forum can't be opened since today, it's still traceable through Google: https://www.google.de/#q=domainforum.us

Could you assist me in recovering the right settings?
