E mail notification

I have a member on the forum that isn't receiving e mail notification on replies. She has all the appropriate boxes clicked on to receive notification to the forums she's picked.

Has she got this setting ticked yes in preferences:

Always notify me of replies :

And:

A new post in a watched topic - The box ticked email in the notifications tab in profile.

Yes she has all that ticked. I even as if she changed her e mail addy and she said no.

Did she checked to see if they might have been put in her trash/garbage/spam folder?

I passed this on to my member. She triple checked everything and all it well now.
