How to show the links for public?

I've follow this tutorial but it seems lost images in this tutorial:

I'like to ask how to show my link in forum?

A link which replace with hilighted word.

for example:

Click here --> Google

Example highlighted link word:
Google

http://www.google.com

the problem is:
The presented " Google" in my forum is not click-able or highlited for people not logged in.
