Hello

The abuse is a lower rate of breaking our TOS so you are asked to deal with this as you as the founder or admin see's fit most of the time this is just you removing the thread or links or what ever it is.

Now litigation:
litigation is a big warning and if you don't deal with it by removing it then your forum will be deleted.
You must follow this rule and TOS.

if this is not dealt with right away our staff in the head office will look over your forum and close you down right away.

if a member clicks the report an abuses this then gets sent to your ACP aswell as our team you then have the right to fix this your self before we look at this.

Now if a member reports your forum in the litigation tools then the report goes to our staff in the head office and then the team will look over your forum and deal with it as they see fit and most of the time you will get a warning on your home page of your ACP saying look over your forum and remove things that should not be there then our team will then look at your forum again and make sure you did as was asked of you. now if you did not do as we have asked your forum would be deleted.

Problem resolved, I put my webmail for users and guests to email me about incorrect content as I don't agree that forum is deleted before I moderate content and your team see content (and it is big problem to have forum deleted if i have great community) if a guest or member use report an abuse or use ligitation tool and prevent them to use these tools for this reason.
See this :
You should contact the administrator of this board. If you cannot find who that is, you should first contact one of the forum moderators and ask them who you should in turn contact. If still get no response you should contact use the litigation tool (by clicking here)
I don't violate forumotion rules.

Most members will not see the litigation report link, so most will use the report an abuse link.

You are not getting me right

You can add to the FAQ page by all means but you can't remove anything we have placed on that page.

What dose Report an abuse mean?

This is a report from a member or guest
when this is clicked the post with the problem will be posted on your forum and you as the founder will then get a pop up and A email telling you there was a report about a thread or post on your forum.

This is down to you the founder and your staff to deal with.

Now if a member was to think you have broke our rules they should talk to you first to get this fixed.
Now if you did not fix this when asked by the member they have all the right to click on the Declare a Litigation link

What dose a Declare a Litigation mean:
This is a tool that sends a Email on to our team and this is then looked over and if found to be a problem (But small one) we will then send you a order to remove the things that was the problem in the first place and we give you a set time and date to do this in.....

if you don't do as we ask:
if you don't remove the things that has been reported before that time and date then we would delete your forum with out any more requests...

If you broke our rules and TOS and it is a bad rules you broke then your forum will be deleted on the spot

Some things your forum can be deleted for:
Hacking codes or anything to do with hacking sites,
Downloading items that are braking our TOS
Porn and sex photo's or talking in a sexual nature.

as long as you keep to them rules then you should be fine Smile
