Custom Profile Fields Awkwardly Displaying For All Members
I have these custom profile fields I am using to assign userbars to members. However when they go to their own profiles they have the option to give the userbar to themselves.
I am using a phpbb2 forum.

I have it set-up like this in the admin-cp

How can I make this not display on users 'Information' tab?

Are you using the simple or advanced profile?

Have you exactly used a normal account to see if you can modify these fields? The founder acount has all the privileges and permissions.

So these are my groups:

I tried it with someone in the wolves group and the problem is not there.
But when I try it with the sponsor group the userbars come up and they are able to give it to themselves.

Does the sponsor group moderate any part of the forum? If yes, that is why they can modify that field.

Ah this did the trick. For some reason they only could moderate one forum.
However. I have a group, graphic designers. They moderate the graphic design forum. How can I make sure they don't get access to the ability to add/remove userbars from all users?
Is there a way to just make it only appear or admins/mods. Or not even appear at all and keep in the admincp?

If a group can moderate any area of the forum, they are considered moderators.
When you say userbars, do you mean signatures? If you mean signatures, no staff member can modify that area, except for the group who has access to the administration panel.

when you go in to your ACP on your profiles it has a setting saying who can change the settings remove all the ticks and then save this should only then let admins change the settings.
