Running slow???

Is something wrong with the server(s). Are we being attacked?
My forum and for that matter this forum is running VERY slow but I am not having problems with any other forum. Is all OK?

Now my forum will not load at all. I just get a white screen.

My forums alright, but this forum is slowing down!

Mine reminds me of the old dial up days, and this forum took ten minutes to load.
Seems like a big problem this time not a glitch.

This place and my forum always run pretty fast. This just started happening. I wonder if the server is being attacked!!!
I can click on reply and go get another soda before I get the posting screen.

Oooh, We've been having trouble too. ESPECIALLY with the chatbox. All the members who've been posting in the chatbox have been getting 30 sec - 2 min lag.

If it helps: the lagging was said to start about 11:00 eastern time.

More news: at about 2:15 Eastern, the chatbox kind of rejected all members, and it loaded with a white page. Finally, at about 2:45 eastern, members can get back in. The forumwide lag seems to have reduced, but it's definitely still apparent.

Mine is also running slow, as is another forum I'm on. Thought perhaps it was just me, but others I know have also mentioned it

yep!! i get one problem sorted (notification emails) and another arises!! my forum (and this one) dreadfully slow!!!!

maybe an update why does hardwoords message looks so weird though? with all the blue stripes going through it?

It may be just a Temporary Server Issue / Glitch because it was slow loading for a few minutes for me as well on my forum, but everything seems fine now.

Mine is very slow too- glad to here it's not my computer- the chatbox took the worst hit from whatever it is- but it does seem to be getting better.

OMG, all of us are having the same problem. Our forum is running very slow since yesterday and I have not noted down any improvement today.

It's taking me more than minutes to load the pages.

Why?

It's back to it's old self. Yippee!

It might have just been something the technicians where working on and it was just running slow, or it was just something which happened I guess!

The lag! It's back!

No kidding, it returned between my last post and now. Once again, the chatbox is the primary target.

EDIT: nevermind, the entire forum is affected. Please sort this mess. ;-;

my forum and a few other forums i use are really lagging what going off FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.

My forum is having the same slow-down pattern that has been discussed.
It's very slow at the moment. It bothers me because I changed providers because my old forum did this too often.
I hope it is fixed soon.
