Getting Disconnected From Chatbox

Description of problem

Hello, I am the owner/founder of The Pika Club found at the address http://thepikaclub.forumotions.in/

My issue is I am on occasion being randomly disconnected from our chatbox. This is not due to inactivity as it i could be messaging activity with members. It seems to be only affected me. Any ideas as to why this might be?

I know this may seem a funny thing to say but have your cleared your browser before logging in to your forum and then chatting in the chatbox.

sometimes you can have lots of cookies that slows things down.
