Cannot access ServImg account

Description of problem

I took over as an admin on the 606 Bluemoon Legends forum a couple of years ago, after the founder disappeared and never came back. Everything has been running fine since then, up until recently.

I've been trying to change the header image in the forum, but I'm now being asked for a password for ServImg, which I was not getting asked for before. I cannot ask for a password reset as I don't have access to the email account and there doesn't appear to be any way to take it over without this password.

I'm not able to change any of the founder details either.

Please help!
