can my forum be in two languages , that my members can choose from two languages , albanian(my language)and english .

I would gladly answer to your question, if you post a little more details about it. Do you want to change the whole forum (so, topics, posts, and everything), or only the stuff that every forum got? You can't change the language to topics and categories, but every member can choose to change the language at his/her profile. Just explore a bit more, and you will find it.
