Upgrade iPad Iphones
Hello
I previously posted about this but the topic is now locked. I am looking for guidance or updates on this issue. It's becoming a real problem.
I have several members today that cannot log in using their iPhone's or iPads or when they use Safari due to upgrades or updates.
I'm not sure what I'm suppose to tell them other than the fact they can't visit the forum.
Are there any plans to fix this issue?
Thank you.

One of my members has encountered this issue. Every time he tries to sign in, the forum redirects him to the login screen. He can't login like he use to.

Hello,
In regards to that topic we were told the issues were resolved and fixed by techs. Did the member start having issues again today or has it been the whole time. If the whole time, then please ask your member to clear their browser cache and cookies and try again. If it just re started, then maybe the problem is re occuring again and if that is the case then we will ask for the pro admins to have the techs look into it again.

Re: Upgrade iPad Iphones
It appears this has happened again, after an update to their iPhones and iPads. It appears when they use Safari they can't log in. Some have tried Chrome and it works.
I will advise them again, to clear their browsers and cookies and will report back.

Hello,
You apparently have no error message! This looks up as a cookies conflict in your mobile browser
Can you please delete your browser cache & cookies and try again?
Thank you

It's not me, it's approximatley 20 members so far. It appears it's mostly using Safari iPhone and iPads. It also appears to happen after they perform and update.
I have asked them to clear their history cookies etc, and report back advising what browser and device they are using if they are still having problems.
I will let you know.

I had this same issue with my iPhone after upgrading and when I cleared the cache, it allowed me to log in.
Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data.
Try that and see if that helps.

I have had several members respond and it solved the issue for them. Thanks so much for that.
The only issue for some is the like button has changed into a big blue square with a ? mark. They use a Mac. Although clearing history resolved other issues, this remains. Any idea?
