Notifications bar not visible

Description of problem

Hi, I was messing around attempting adding a chat room next to my notifications... However after I had followed instructions given to me here https://help.forumotion.com/t143414-add-the-chatbox-to-your-toolbar. I finished all the steps and went to the forum, and the notifications bar is no longer visible on any page? There is no drop down arrow to bring it down now either? Thanks guys for any hep you can give.

The topic starter means the toolbar.
