How Do I delete my Old domain name and purchase a new one

Hello!
I purchased a domain name from godaddy.com now I want to get a new domain name via admin panel i have credits to execute this but the issue here is... there is now where i can see delete personalized domain

You need 1,600 credits in order to purchase a domain name from Forumotion.

So you decided to not purchase a domain name?

Alright, but i had 1600 credits in forum i just spent it yesterday. After i have tried everytin i can to get the personalized domain name deleted or removed so that i can purchase a new one but to no avail.

i also have unused domain name @www.biafranpalace.com.

The issue is, i want to delete the personalized domain name first. I can easily get 200credit to execute the personalized domain anytime.

Please, can you help me report this issue to the forumotion technicians or tell me how to get in touch with them direct because i am tired of explaining this same issue.

Try to cancel the redirection of the domain name via the control panel of your domain registrar.

You'll have to remove your cname off your subdomain. This could be done by entry in the DNS administration of your domain.

I have done just that but cant still work for me

Try contacting Godaddy and see if they can remove it directly. I don't think we can do furthermore, honestly.

You mean that Forumotion technicians cant help delete this from my admin panel? Cos I have a second forum and I can see delete in the my second forum. So, I think that something is wrong with the first forum

If you did purchase the domain name directly from GoDaddy, you need to stop the redirection on their side, too.

Yes, They said I should Remove the default domain name from my website to stop pointing to the the purchased domain name.

Try this:  check the yes box for redirection, then see if the delete button appears.

The 1st forum of your screen has a CNAME whereas the 2nd one has a personalized domain name acquired via forumotion and this is the reason for the difference because forcing redirection is only possible in the 2nd case.

Currently everything is ok right ? I do not quite understand what you expect from me exactly?

Firstly, I acquired the both personalized domain name from godaddy. But, i want forumotion to manage the 2nd forum's personalized domain.

I want to delete the personalized domain in the 2nd forum. That is all i want to do and purchased a new domain name via forumotion admin panel (I want forumotion to be managing my personalized domain name from now). I have acquired 2100 credits recently for this effect.

But, the issue is that i can't delete the personalized domain name, so as to enable me use the forum credits for the new domain name.

Can pm my admin "username" and "password". I just want to get rid of the domain name i am currently using that's all.

Hello @The Godfather, the screenshot below is to show that i purchased the domain name (www.nigerianpalace.com) from godaddy.com.







I purchased the domain name on 1st July, 2016 and it will expire on 2017, 1st July. Pls, i want a solution on how to delete the personalized domain name via my forumotion administration panel. Again, I have paid the company that will help me work on the SEO of the new domain name I will purchase through forumotion. Like I early said that I have acquired 2100 forumotion credit which I want to use and purchase a new domain name immediately the this one (www.nigerianpalace.com) is successfully deleted.

Pls, Just help me get rid of this personalized domain name.

Today might be the last and very last time i will be posting on this thread about this issue because I am getting frustrated already.
