Hello

You can activate the attachments management read his https://help.forumotion.com/t66572-attachments on your forum, or host your files on a free file sharing service, such as mediafire

In order to activate the attachments, go to admin panel..general..messages and e-mails...attachments....allow attachments : Yes
do the same for your members for each group admin panel..general..categories and forums..edit the permissions
