You will have to manually add the information:  images, CSS, templates, HTML, etc.

All available themes for forums hosted by Forumotion are on Hitskin.  Some forums do offer theme services.  You will have to search for the ones that do it for Forumotion.

If you downloaded a theme, you have to manually add the files.
