Solved Can mod's be notified of new members joining?

Post by Guardian-Angel February 2nd 2017, 6:11 pm

Hello

Is it possible to have mod's permission to be notified when a new user joins. The Admin receives email notifications, and I'd like for the mod's to be able to receive the same notifications.

At the present time they can only see the new user on the main page. Once another user joins, they can's see the previous new users.

If so, please advise where I can change that.

Thanks.

It is only set up for the administrators group to receive the notifications about new members if you have the settings set for this.

Your profile says phpbb2 but the link in your profile goes to a phpbb3 forum.

For phpbb3:

Admin panel > Users & Groups > User options

There you will find a setting:
Send notify e-mail on new user registrations : None, Moderator, Admin

If it is not a phpbb3 forum someone else can answer that  Hello

It does not matter which version you have, they all have those options.
