Forum Member Unable To Post In Topics

A member of my forum PM'd to tell me that she was unable to reply to topics on my forum, have no idea how to fix this.

so all the other members can reply to topics except for her ?

On the forum there is just me and her, we RP as different characters from our fav shows and her IP isn't banned as she can log in but not reply to topics on the forum at all, it was fine when she logged in the other day but this happened and the forum was slow yesterday and I did no changes in the Admin Panel at all, so I have no idea what could of caused this whole issue.

check if the user is active through admin panel - user profile -Special admin-only fields
check all categories ...advanced permissions... that members can read and reply to topics


edit: check also admin panel ..general tab.... forum ..Configuration....forum on holiday ..NO

All the topics on my forum are for myself and my friend to reply to as I mentioned in the post with the permissions for the topics, which are all set up for members to reply

everything seems ok i open a new topic and answered 3 times no problem

tell your member to clear cache and retry

Hello give this a try

Go to your ACP >> Users & Groups Tab >>  Users >> Search users >>

type in the users name and press enter >> click Permissions tab and then make sure that member has the rights to the forums you are talking about. then click save.

No go to the following.
ACP >> General tab >>  Forum >> Configuration >> scroll right to bottom and find Resynchronize your forum :
tick the box and click SAVE then ask your member to make a post
