Change owner

I am the founder of 2GirlsGraphics i no longer want the forum but i have someone who does, i have made the changes but i don't even want to be admin i simply want to be a regular member. Can this be done and how.

Well, if it was me I would just change the e mail address to hers, and give her the password. Then you could just make a new account?

ok where do i go to allow change of name and will this allow the new owner to remove me i want to admin privileges
no way to get into acp

Just register like a new member then activate the account. You are giving this other person the founder account. Or just switch accounts.

can she then delete my founder account all together , i dont want to be able to login as my current name

You can not delete the founder account. You are giving this person the founder account. You also need to change the information in the forum's utilities.

Register just like a new member.
Activate the account: AP > Users & Groups > Users > Inactive List
If you want to keep your posts/topics, you will have to manually post them again with the new account.
Log in with the founder account and change the log in information so the other member can log in with the founder account.
The other member then can log in and change the information.
