Hello,

What that is, is the icon legend. It tells you what icon means what. In your case, it looks like you don't have any icons there.

If you did have icons there, all that would do is tell you what icon represents what.

In answer to your second question, a locked 'forum' is basicly like our garbage section. It means a section which all topics in it are locked to members and only moderators or admins can post in the topics that are in that section.

Don't worry, the only way for a section to become locked is for an admin to manually set it as such in the admin panel (in acp-->General-->categories and forums).

Further more, don't worry, seeing that at the bottom of your forum does not mean any sections are locked. It is just an icon legend and that is all.
