I get this error every time I visit this site: http://tvseriesheaven.forumsr.com/

How can I be banned when I have never been there. I am not allowed to contact the owner. I got to your site by clicking on forum support. Can you help me?

How can I be banned, if I've never been to that site before? I thought as support, you could get me a way to contact the owner to find out what the problem is. There is no reason for me to be banned from that site, it is obviously some kind of mistake.

Sorry, but founders have the right to ban whoever they want. It could be the founder has ban a range of email addresses or IP addresses.

I know he or she has that right, all I wanted to do was ask why. I was under the impression that you could put me in contact with them. Thank you for your help.
