Description of problem

i have problem with log in to my forum
and i have to use vpn to login
if you can help me please

Do you by chance have your own IP banned from your forum? I know it sounds silly but it's possible.

yes it sounds like you have banned a IP address that is your own or maybe you did a wild card ban something like this 213.43.* this could ban all IP addresses with the IP address starting with 213 if this is the case you need to enter your forum by the Forum Utilities or by giving a staff member your Account info by PM and getting them to log in and remove the IP address but this should only be done by a staff member here.

but if you want to remove all IP addresses then you are better off using the forum Utilities

no i didn't block my ip some of the members have same problem

can you give us a Screen shot of what you get when you try and log in.

ok i know what it is i think it's the music player that is doing it,

you need to remove it from your forum and then try again.

it is solved why music player make problem it was ok

The problem comes from a outdated code when we updated This https://help.forumotion.com/t153171-jquery-news-an-update-from-1-7-version-to-3-2-version it messed up some little codes that was made a long time a go that's why we said you may have to update some codes.
