Website Force URL Not submitting

Description of problem

Good evening. I recently purchased a domain through an external source, and got it linked up to my forum. The problem is that I cannot 'force url redirection'. The page does not refresh after a tick 'yes' and hit save. It seems like it is not wanting to submit my request.

The second part is that when I got to my domain, 'helljumper.net', I get a forumotion page stating that my webpage has expired. I know this because it has my websites domain in the bottom right. I am not sure how to progress past these problems. I have been working on for for about a day now.
