How to Reomve Topic'It Banner om Mobile Version

I like the idea of a mobile app mostly because the mobile version is not really good. I'm going to use it on my forum when I finish the skin.

While browsing my forum on mobile(browser not app) I discovered a banner on top of it about the topic'it app. It's badly translated, looks bad on my forum and is also inserted by javascript(a badly written javascript by the way). Even worse, it messes up my forum's layout. Is there any way to remove it? Other than removing it by.javascript? I mean a panel option or something like that?

Sorry, but it is not a feature that can be turned on or off.
