Question for announcements...
Can someone expert tell me how to put a button to announcements and when i click it, it will snow and when i click it again it will stop snowing

I don't know if this will help. It's almost what you asked but without the button to start/stop snowing. With this your forum will snow continuously.

Won't you take what I suggested you above?
I recommend you to use it; at least until someone comes with the thing you're asking.
I don't know how many javascript knowers are here but it might take a while until someone replies with the exact code you want. That's why I suggest you to take one of the codes I said above meanwhile. Of course, do what you want. It's just a suggestion
