Further edit problems re members cannot edit their messages

Hi i sent a message last night re members not being able to edit their messages on the group... I followed all of your instructions i even checked them against the permissions on my other group that works fine and they were all identical and i thought i had sussed it but was told today members still cannot use the edit function as there is no button.. The button is showing in the pics management and isnt hidden or anything like that.. I am at a loss so am sending you screenshots of how it looks so you can maybe tell me where i am going wrong here as i am stumped to be honest.

Here are the screenshots.. Really hoping that you can help.. On this group i am an admin the owner passed away and i am the only one who knows how to do the administrating.. My own group works perfect but i didnt set this one up so dont know whats been messed with originally... The members want to keep it open and i am trying my hardest but this time i am totally lost .. Those permissions look correct, members should definitelly be able to edit posts.

Is there a test account you could provide that is just a plain member that we can use to test the edit feature with?

Yes i do have a test membership that you can try that is just a member account do you just need the name or password too? The user name is GigiUK
Also it is happening to all members.. The only ones who can see edit are admin.
