[Only Topic]SSL certificate detected as "Expired" - Admin panel shows "Active"
Technical Details
Forum version : #phpBB3

Concerned browser(s) : Mozilla Firefox, Safari
Who the problem concerns : All members
When the problem appeared : This problem occured while attempting to access the forum around 1:20am CST
Forum link : https://www.coxengineforum.com
Description of problem
While attempting to reach my forum earlier this morning (around 1:20am), I was presented with a "connection not secure" warning by my browser (Firefox). Checking the details revealed that the SSL certificate had expired on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 1:08:32am CST. Knowing that it's renewal was coming up (didn't remember the exact date), I bypassed all the security warnings and headed to the Admin panel to renew it. Once on the page in the admin panel, I see that is says the SSL certificate is still active for the next 15 days, with no options for renewal.I also tried to connect to the forum using Safari (screenshot) and the Safari app on my iPhone. Also displaying a security warning.
The forum was loading correctly within the hour before, and no changes were made in the Admin panel within that time.
I understand this is an "early report" and some of these things tend to "resolve themselves", thought I better get this out there now just in case it needs further attention. My forum is used by a wide age group, including many older members who are often scared away by these kinds of security messages.
Thank you, Jacob (Cox Engine Forum Administrator)

Could you post a screenshot of AP > Misc. > Credits Management? So we can see the exact date you purchased it.

Had no effect, still showing the SSL Certificate is expired.
I'm having the same issue on all computers, browsers and devices (including a smartphone with a different network connection).

Good news, we found the source of the problem. A patch is being implemented
Edit : Hotfix deployed online. Everything is ok now
I just checked all the complainants forums in this topic and all respond normally without any SSL alerts.
Thank you
