(#3691) : Bug in the Publications module with an external domain name?
First topic message reminder :
Hello dear Forumotioners,
I noticed 2 things that aren't working properly in the Publications module on our official Forum which has a domain name provided by an external host!
1: When I'm at the publications page the link "Go back to forum" redirects to our homepage instead of our forum at http:/www.domainname/forum..
This takes extra steps to go back to the forum! On my test forum everything works as it's supposed to, so why not on our official forum?
2: The problem is in the editor itself all http://www. prefixes are cut off when published while all https:// prefixes work fine and since we didn't purchase a https certificate the links with the http://www. prefix don't work correctly as you can see in this screenshot:
You can see for yourself on this Article from our official forum, on my testforum everything works fine, even the http:www. prefix get's published as it should be. Could that be caused by the external domain name we use, or is it a bug?
I hope someone can help fix this?
Kind regards,
Tonny Kamper

No need to worry about it going to the garbage here
This forum has not got the same tool to move it to the garbage

This section does not include the auto-prune option. It remains here until a staff member moves it.

Kingomesa wrote:Yes. press the 3 dots icon in the subreddit search bar and press add domain. You can just paste in a web address or type in imgur.com yourself. No need for the 'domain/' part.
