cannot get in my group

When I try to get in and I am owner-below is what I get---but I don't get this in any other group-can't even give you the link since I can't get it as I can't get in Ok got in for a short time and link is below--it even done that when I went into admin

There was a minor problem with our web hosting providers. I even couldn't buy more credits via ACP and enforced to refresh the whole page again.

I see, ty--is that why I am having problems trying to update my get rid of ads? I go in and it wants me to purchase other packages and that isn't what I want, when I go to modify my ads so I can extend how long we are ad free below is what I get, but I can't buy more ad free instead it takes me to purchase a new kind of forum

Yes but I wanted to spend more credits to add more time and I do have the extra credits to spend-but it wants me to buy more and it isn't what I want to do since I already have some

Does that mean then I am just stuck with extra credits I can't use if I don't purchase it and also that I can no longer make my group ad free?

You can make your forum ad free, you just have to purchase one of the two packages to do so.

In otherwise-I have to spend extra monthly for a new forum as well as credits for ad free?? Then I take it that this site is changing and the policies are changing, am I right? I don't want to misundertand, so if I don't have the funds to keep up a free ad and a new forum, then I can't have a site because I can't afford it. This could be very unhappy news for many site owners.

If you read the topic from start to finish you see what the changes are and the reason why we have had to make them.

Everyone can have a forum. Everyone gets the free package. If you want the other optional options, you have to purchase the advanced or premium package.

Thank you--only you won't get ad free if you take the free package. So you have to weigh between spending this money monthly or yearly or taking free forum and dealing with ads. Thanks. Just being sure I understand.
