When the problem appeared : just seen it~ actions~ triple tried BUT~

Description of problem
OK~ So I've gone back 18 months to look for similar & see none.Screen shots 1st;
(servimg a problem too now it seems) tried logging in *with* the actual details they sent upon setting up this forum BUT~ NOW ?
Anyway will click finish and see if I can then load...

OK Worked this way.
Basically I'm trying to move a topic within a Category to another position within the same category.
BUT~ well see for yourself below.
DID~ Think to Copy, delete, recreate and paste BUT~ things like time and date of post will prove important down the line.
Also` little there at the moment BUT~ well a lot of copy and pasting if not sorted now

Clear your browsing cache may fix this problem or try to open your site in incognito mode.

Hmmmm,
thanks, didn't think of that.
Could you perhaps HERE give more details on just what sort of other things will require a clearing of Caches
Use 2 Browsers Safari and Chrome~ Chrome main 1

OH & By topic I think your system calls it a Forum SO Forum to another position with the same Category then

If possible, could you please provide a mod account who can access to moderate post tools? I did move a post from A category (Changelog) to B one (Suggestions) without any problem [Pending] Another blog test

In this case, I'll suggest you to use a sticky table

Admin Control Panel -> General -> Messages and emails -> Config. -> Separate announcements and stickies from the messages -> Table
