Apologises if this is in the wrong thread Question
This is a follow on from my previous thread regarding ServImg.

I have tried logging into my account of ServImg and requested a upgrade, I have updated my PayPal account but have had this message for the past hour.

Unable To Upgrade To ServImg Pro 312

How long do I have to wait to get a confirmation of upgrade Question Also I have noticed in the small print that even though its a fix price there is a small admin cost using PayPal.

Its nearly 24 hours since I tried to upgrade to ServImg Pro and still I get this message Exclamation

Thank you for your post / thread I will ask some one to take a look at this for you Sadly ServImg is not our own host so we may need to talk to the host about your problem if so we may ask you for more info at some point.

I have registered to ServImg Pro using a different email address to the original upgrade request, which is a con, as the product doesn't have a insert links button after download, you have to individually, copy and past links into your editor to post pictures.

My Forum still show the original ServImg which now only allow 3 pictures instead of 25

Unable To Upgrade To ServImg Pro 710

This is now my ServImg Pro account that after a download doesn't have a insert code button or bulk list of download codes. So I am paying for a product like Photobucket that you have to individually copy and paste links into the editor to post the pictures that you have downloaded.

Not happy at all, if ServImg said that it was cutting down 25 free downloads to 12 I would be ok with that but just 3, and paying for a product that is time consuming is a rip off.

You do understand when you created your forum that an account for Servimg was created , too?  Now your forum's account does mot match the Servimg's account.

Yes I know that, however I would of thought an upgrade would be to the same level if not better.
If I upgraded my forum would I still have ServImg with just 3 picture only uploads Question

It only upgrades your account, not your forum.  Each of your members will have to upgrade their accounts.
