Paid for the new Package for credits but can't use them

Hi,

I paid for extra credits to get the "Advanced Package" for storage, keep ads off etc. but I can not use them. I bought 8,000 credits about 5 days ago and when I try to use them to get the "Advanced Package" I get the following message. "An authorization request for a monthly payment is being processed on Paypal. Please wait ..."

Has anyone else got this message? Or does anyone know how long it takes to process? I really have always bought credits for the last 10 years to keep ads off my site and add storage for the Gallery and for attachments. I have a total of 9,000 credits and the Advanced Package only costs about 5500 credits. I looked at the tutorials but I am not getting the screen that allows me to choose the package.

Did you do it monthly or yearly? If you did it monthly, you have to have a PayPal account so the money is taken out of the account. If you did it yearly, you have to have the correct amount of forum's credits.

I paid online with a credit card and my invoice # is R222343.

My site is: http://silverwing600.forumotion.com and I paid for this on 6-13-18 for 101.70 Euros. I have a total of 9,128 credits after I tried to buy the package. I thought that I clicked on the 'annual' package since I have had this site for 10 years and have always bought credits to keep the ads off and to add storage for pictures and attachments.
