Solved Unsub a banned account?

I'm trying to remove my account on a forum I was banned from. When I use the link https://www.forumotion.com/unscribe I get a message saying 'You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.'

The account still exists on the forum, hence I get the banned message if I try and login there. I am unable to get in contact with the admin there. I am entering the correct username and password. What other options do I have?

Has it been about a week after you registered on the forum that you are trying to unsubscribe?
