Did Backup - Founder can't log on to forum now

Hi Everyone!
It's us again...the Ladies from the NLC (Novel Lust Cafe).
After you helped us getting a founder transfer and new password...we did the back up to get the lost messages back.

Unfortunately, our new founder can't access the forum now? Why? She's locked out. And none of us can see the Admin Panel...any idea how she can log on again? I think I read something that during the backup process the passwords are synchronized...but the fun question is which passwords are synchronized? Also, she didn't get a link back to our forum after the backup...is that normal?

She doesn't need a new founders password...she has that. She just can't access the forum. Her original name and pw don't work anymore after she did the backup...all she can do right now is access this...https://www.forumotion.com/utils

I think it has something to do with his..."the founder's password has been synchronized with the utilities password to log in to the forum" .... We're both looking at this and don't know what it means...

Well, she might have the password, but if she can't log in, it means that she has it wrong or maybe with the back up something has corrupted.

Therefore I'd like you to ask her to send me the following information by PM:
- URL of the forum
- Email address associated with the forum.

This way I can send her a new one so she can log in with the founder account in order to fix everything

And please, can you also send her a step by step instruction on what to do and how to fix things...we're both not the best when it comes to all this technical stuff. Thanks
