Additional storage renewal problem

Hi and thank you for your time.

My Forum http://www.newzealandpottery.net/ is due to have Additional Storage time activated in the next few days and I cannot find a way to do this like I have every other year.
This is what I mean which is from a year ago... which gives me 120mb of storage

Wed 18 Oct 2017 - 7:36 Additional storage time Add 12 activation month(s) - 1200

I have 5783 credits, but can't find a way of spending them, which is causing me concern, as I can only find the Packages deals that can only be accessed by Paypal.

I'm really scared and am worried that all of the credits we have are now of no use.
I've checked past posts and it looks like a refund isn't going to happen either.

My question is how can I spend the credits that we have in regards to storage?

I read that tutorial earlier and that is where my concerns came from.
I can see no way of using our credits which were donated by members.
Not sure what to do right now, so will try to come up with a solution myself.

You should be able to use your credits for Ads/storage, is there a reason why you can't?
You can only use forum credits with a yearly plan.

Unfortunatelly you will need to get enough credits for a yearly package plus the features you want in order to spend them. Otherwise could set up the monthly package and then use the credits to get additional storage.

Thanks for your help as I was able to use the credits to purchase a one year package without a problem.
Your replies gave me the confidence to try it and it worked. Cheers.
