Can't login to my account anymore

When the problem appeared : I’ve tried logging in today(Haven’t used the forum in years) and I see spam posts I never made and I can’t login.

Description of problem

Hello, I was trying to login into a forum I haven’t used in years to delete it but when I visited the site I saw a couple of spam posts I’ve never made. Also when I try to login it says my password is incorrect. The password change option is disable and I no longer use the email associated with it (It’s deleted but I remember it). Is there any possible way to get my account back? Thanks in advance.
